Lord, we contemplated your newborn Church,
germinated in the silence and prayer of the Upper Room,
where the Apostles, with the Mother of Jesus,
raised their voices in prayer to the Spirit.
Beg him to descend on all Communicators, and as the days go
by,
grant that we too may grow in wisdom, spiritual maturity,prudence,
sound judgement, virtue, grace and merit.
Fill our hearts with love and apostolic zeal.
The
Spirit who presided over the Upper Room at the foundation of
the Church was also present during the birth and growth of our
communities.
From our minds, inflame our hearts;
help us understand and communicate God's saving Word
and all the innovations that he alone is able to bring into
being.
Make us capable of fruitful vitality, of becoming a new creation:
the communicators who write not on paper but on the hearts of
people,dipping their pens into the Spirit ,
so as to collaborate in renewing the world.
O
divine Spirit, gift us with unity, living faith, operative hope,
boundless love and true holiness.
Work your wonders once again in each one of us
and in our communities,and in union with the Father,
transform us into the image of his Son, Jesus Christ.

People
are often unreasonable, illogical, and
Self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of
Selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway
If you are successful, you will win some false
Friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat You;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone
Could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may
Be jealous;
Be happy anyway
The good you do today, people will often
Forget tomorrow;
Do well anyway
Give the world the best you have, and it
May never be enough;
Give the world the best you’ve got Anyway.
You see in the final analysis, it is
between you and God;
It was never between you and them anyway.
